This patient was not interested in implants to increase the size of her breasts. She liked the option of using her own fat to augment the size of her breasts. She underwent lipoharvesting of fat from her body and autologous fat grafting to her breasts. She was very happy with her naturally increased breast size after placement of 200cc of fat in the right breast and 180cc of fat in the left breasts.
