This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 400cc saline implants in San Diego by another surgeon about 16 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast surgery. Over the years the patient did not like the appearance of her breasts and felt that her breasts were too large and started to sag over the implants. When she laid down on her back she said that her implants fell into her armpits. She also felt that her implants were responsible for her chronic fatigue and joint pain. She wanted Dr. Park to remove her saline breast implants with capsulectomy and have her breasts lifted.
Her implants and capsules were removed en bloc and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift and implant removal with total capsulectomy. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery. Size prior to surgery was 32DDD. Size of her breasts now is around 32C.
