This patient had undergone a breast augmentation by another San Diego area plastic surgeon using saline implants placed under the muscles through inframammary incisions. She was not happy with the size of her breasts after nursing her two children. Her saline implants were filled to 330cc. She was interested in increasing her implants to 475cc using silicone implants. She consulted with Dr. Gregory Park who recommended Mentor MemoryGel silicone implants for this revision breast augmentation surgery. 475cc High Profile smooth silicone breast implants were placed in her preexisting pockets. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 34B to 34C. Her before and after photos show her results at 2 months.
