Doctor’s Comments
This patient had a history of breast augmentation by another San Diego area plastic surgeon using saline implants placed under the muscle through periareolar incisions, 15 years prior to meeting Dr. Park. Size of the implants were around 360cc. She says that her breasts were somewhat asymmetric prior to surgery and different sized implants were used. After her first breast augmentation she said that her breasts were uneven and eventually developed severe laterally and inferiorly displacement especially when she would lay on her back. She was not happy with the appearance of her breasts so she consulted with Dr. Gregory Park who recommended Ideal saline implants for this revision breast augmentation surgery. Ideal 335 saline breast implants filled to 375cc on the right and 365cc on the left were placed in neo sub-pectoralis split muscle pocket to fix her pockets and reduce animation deformity. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size remained about a 32C . Her before and after photos show her results at 4 months.
