Doctor’s Comments This patient had two breast augmentation performed by other surgeons complicated by recurrent capsular contractures. She also underwent explant and total capsulectomies 3 years prior to meeting Dr. Gregory Park. She consulted with Dr. Park because she was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after her explant capsulectomy. She wanted to restore some of her volume loss in her breasts without too large of an augmentation. Mentor MemoryShape Gummy Bear Anatomic (tear drop) shaped implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, for this revision breast augmentation surgery. Different sized Medium Height Moderate profile anatomic breast implants were placed on top of the pectoralis muscles in a subfascial pockets to achieve natural appearing breasts and enhance her cup size to full B cup. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 36A to 36B.
