This patient had undergone removal of 500cc silicone implants, en bloc capsulectomy, and breast lift by another San Diego area plastic surgeon for breast implant illness symptoms. She was not happy with the appearance of her breasts after surgery. She reported that her symptoms from presumed breast implant illness also did not improve, so she decided to undergo another breast augmentation. She consulted with Dr. Gregory Park who recommended Ideal Saline Structure Breast Implants for this revision breast augmentation surgery. 270cc Ideal saline breast implants were placed under the pectoralis muscle in submuscular pockets. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 34AA to 34C. Her before and after photos show her results at 12 months.
